Self taught Surf Artist Brian DeCook is inspired from living a life on the water. Brian's paintings reflect places traveled, waves surfed and people who have left an  everlasting impression. Brian divides his time between practicing his craft of oil painting, running his Surf Camp on Maui, and searching out new spots and adventures in the surrounding Islands.

The Hawaiian Islands are his muse, and DeCook's oil paintings tell the story of a blessed surfers life, and of living in harmony with the ocean. Each work imparts a unique vibration of color, culture and soul, highlighting the one common denominator of nature that all people of the world share - Our Sacred Mother Ocean!
